  • (1) Last year they installed a new AC unit. They mounted the unit in the attic wrong and it fell braking the drain line and drain pan.. condensation turned to a lot of water flooding the attic and causing a waterfall to cascade through the bedroom ceiling. the repair team were worse than the three stooges. (2) Their warranty inspector came out last week, claimed we had a dangerous crack in our furnace and it HAD to be replaced.... carbon monoxide danger.. went for a week without heat. Two other companies came out ( right now air and quality )and agreed, all gave bids ( yes' bid was over 9K) .. Finally a tech from Phoenix air came out.. had the furnace opened up.. there was NO crack.. The Phoenix guy forgoed an 8000 sale to be HONEST and ETHICAL The YES tech doing the warranty actually gets a commission to upsell on the spot. He LIED ( proven !!!! ) in order to try to sell a 9000 system. I will repeat, hey LIED and started a dominoe effect as two other companies trying to get the business did so too. DO NOT use YES, ARS, QUALITY or Righnowair. SCAMMERS
