  • I recently experienced that greatness that is Float! It was my first hot air balloon ride and to be honest, I was extremely nervous. The moment you walk into the warehouse where you meet your group, you feel welcomed. They provided the most adorable coffee and tea settings before we took off. Every single employee there engaged in conversation, had a great attitude and compassionate. Upon arriving at the take off site the crew encouraged us to get up close and personal to the balloons. Which were mind blowing! We were able to see them blow them up, touch the balloons and walk around to see different view points. Our pilot was amazing. He had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable. The experience was nothing short of amazing. They flew us through the mountains of the beautiful Phoenix desert and got close to peaks, it was awesome! Once we landed, the team created a breath taking breakfast for us all. It was cooked right in front of us! They used real plates, silverware and glasses. It was top notch, absolutely chic and fun! Overall, I would recommend Float to anyone and everyone. They absolutely exceeded my expectations. I am extremely grateful and humbled. Thank you!
