rev:text	Bait and Switch! Stay Away! Roughly 10 months ago I went on craigslist and found a house listed for $1000 per month. I met with a lady who showed me the house and I agreed to rent the house. While doing a walkthrough of the house and going over the 12 month lease lease agreement, she informed me to mail my check for $1000 to the owner of the house's mom. She then wrote down the woman's address and informed me to notify the owner with an issues. Fast forward 9 months.. I get a call from a Century 21 agent telling me they were now managing the property and they needed to come do a walk through of the house. They also informed me I should no longer send my check to the owner of the house and instead just pay it on the Century 21 website. So the 1st comes around (yesterday) and I go online to pay my rent. The minimum amount due is $1220. I immediately called their office and asked for explanation. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude, she stated their was an extra $20 that was suppose to be paid for tax reasons. I informed her that I was told by the original representative to send in my check for $1000 when I originally moved in. She told me that I should've read the fine print and refused to talk anymore about it, nor would she hear me out. I find it ridiculous that I have been living here for 10 months while always paying my rent on time. Now.. 2 months before I move out this company contacts me out of the blue.. and now I am being told something completely different from when I moved in.
