The cinnamon bun was hands down, the best gluten free cinnamon bun (and maybe concoction) that I have ever tasted... and this comes from someone who is an avid GF baker and has traveled to New York and London to seek out GF/vegan bakeries. It was instantly clear that these were made using yeast (opposed to the quick bread variations I've tried elsewhere) - and boy was I impressed. Despite being full, I managed to eat it all because who knows the next time I will be in Toronto. And I of course went on Amazon to pre-order the cook book so I can wow and dazzle my GF friends back at home.
A must try treat!
