  • Pinky's is our guilty pleasure! We have family in the Huntersville area who first introduced us to the Pinky's in Charlotte. Each visit from Baltimore, we made a trip south to that location. Imagine our delight when Pinky's opened a spot so much closer. The atmosphere is casual, the service attentive and pleasant. The staff always makes us feel welcome. The food is flavorful, fresh and oh so yummy. My favorites include: the hot dogs, the fish tacos, hushpuppies, pimiento cheese, and the Ding Dong-style sandwiches (trust me on that one, ok?). We can't wait for our next visit!
