Let me start off by saying I was here a week a ago and had a great experience and gave them 5 stars.
Today totally different story. I had gotten a full set last week. One of my nails broke and I went to get it repaired. I went in yesterday (Tuesday) David who originally did my set wasn't there. So I had to see Elvis (which I didn't want to bc I read a bad review about her from the previous day). I did anyways because I could not walk around with one broke nail. She did not seem excited to work with me either. When she finished my nails were not straight. She also didn't talk to me I had to engage the conversation. When she was done she turned around and talked to an employee the whole time and was on her phone. And just seemed so MISERABLE TO BE THERE. Today (Wednesday the nail she repaired broke again. I called and spoke to Julie (owner) she said they would fix it. I told her I wanted her or David to fix. I got there and they put me with Taylor. I originally wanted my broken nail fixed but decided to cut them down bc they were not straight or even so I cut them down and did shellac color. Taylor did an amazing job and was very friendly. She was going to charge me for the color. Which is what I thought I was being charged anyways when I spoke to Julie on the phone bc Elvis clearly did a bad job the 1st time. I get the cash register and Elvis comes to ring me up. She starts questioning Taylor and then Decides I need to be charged more then shellac. Asks Julie (owner) and they charge me for cut down and color $40 and I paid $10 for repair yesterday. I have been in then customer service industry for years and I did not receive good service from owner and employee Elvis. It was her mistake she did my nail to thin and it broke but I ended up paying for her mistake. I also drive 30 min to go there bc I do think everyone else in that building does a good job but they lost a customer after today. I will not be going there again. I recommend not seeing Elvis!
If you do go see David or Taylor they are good.
