  • Horrible place to do business. Bad customer service. I bought a top mount faucet, but within four months I started noticing the so-call brushed nickel just dissolving away at the base and calcium depositing. At this moment it has dissolved away until the rubber o-ring that the fauset sits on, is totally out on one side so you can imagine how much water is getting into that pre-cut hole in my granite. They could not explain why this is happening and simply said you should have brought it back, but for now it is one month out of warranty, too bad. Long matter short, they said that so casually and sent me away without looking into this as a concern. Once installed, it is not something you can simply just yank out and bring to the store. They are rude, the workers looked unhappy as is somebody in the back room was bullying them.
