  • Absolutely recommend John Cabello and Team. I recently had the pleasure of working with John on the purchase of our first home. As you can imagine, buying your first home comes with a ton of questions and unknowns. John took the time to explain each question in a way that was very easy for me to understand. In addition he would call and guide me through questions I didn't even know I should be asking. He was always available by phone, text, and email, and so prompt in his responses. He really made the process (which I was extremely nervous about) feel seamless and almost easy and got me a great rate. I now trust John so much I have referred him to 2 people in my family. Thank you John and Tracy for all the time, effort, and work you put into the process of purchasing our first home. We are TRULY appreciative!
