  • Scott was prompt, responsive and friendly in his services right from the beginning at the point of price quotation. His services were priced very competitively too. The reason for a star less is I am still dealing with the pigeons on the roof as there is one spot (we started with 2 spots) we are still having issues after 2 months. Scott is still assisting us in getting rid of them without additional charges given that was his promise. So it is 5 star for services but 4 star for outcome (for now). Despite that, I recommend Scott to anyone looking for a pigeon solution.
