rev:text	I went into this store on a whim with my wife a few weeks ago on a Sunday evening. It was just about time for them to close and they were busy. That didn't stop Jessica from coming over and striking up a conversation about what we were looking for. I explained that we have been married 27 years and it was time to upgrade my wife's diamond engagement ring. Jessica and later, her manager Mary, took the time to show us all the rings that matched the criteria we were looking for both from the display case and from the stock of different diamonds they had access to from the Helzberg Diamonds available online through their vaults, exchanges, etc. We found a couple Diamonds we were interested in and they agreed to have them shipped to this store so we could look at them under a microscope. We had bought my wife's previous ring at a different Helzberg location 12 years prior and as per their trade-in arrangement, they agreed to give us the value of that diamond towards a trade-in, if it was twice the price. This worked out well as the diamond we wanted was approximately twice the price of the original diamond. We came back in around Christmas (very busy), looked at the ring they had shipped in and bought it on the spot. The diamond was larger than other diamonds we had seen at other retailers at the same price and even though it was imperfect under a microscope, it was large and beautiful to the naked eye. Both Mary and Jessica were very professional and accommodating and we would recommend them to anyone and will be going back to this store the next time we have jewelry needs!
