We bought a total of 5 trees. One of the trees was a large box tree and came with free planting. We tagged all of the trees at the nursery. We could not be home the days they were in our neighborhood, so they said we could stake it out and there would be no problem. Mike who planted the tree sent me a picture of the tree after it was planted. I'm so glad I asked for a picture as they planted the wrong tree. They came back and dug it out and planted the right one. What made me so mad was how rude Mike was. It was not my fault the wrong tree got planted. He was upset because he had to stay late and get the right tree in the ground and took it out on me. Being rude to a customer after a HUGE screw up is terrible. Never even got a follow up call to make sure all was ok, or to offer an apology.
