Under qualified staff. No clue what they are doing and whoever design the online pickup system should be fired!!
I ordered online. On app it says it's pickup ready. I go there and have to sign in some stupid Touchscreen Monitor which is hiding behind the self checkout. Than you sit there and nobody helps you. Apparently you have to check in on the app also (a monitor said). What if you don't have a phone with you?? Still sitting 15 min and Noone comes and help. Apparently some one will come. When? Tomorrow? Been waiting for half an hour. Some other people waiting there even longer than me and they don't even know why Noone is coming to give them their order. Finally someone came and wants to walk them to the back to find their order.. But now they for me. I still have to wait.
I only ordered some stupid cups online. If I knew it I would just cancel it. The app don't let you cancel the order. You have to ho home and cancel it. Nice job Walmart. So much money for a pickup system that doesn't work. Some customer service finally came and told me they moved stuff around and can't find orders. They also don't have enough staff to make everything work. Iam giving up after sitting there for over half hour. Will cancel order when I got home and never ever order anything to pick up at Walmart again .....
Why can't they just leave stuff at customer service to pick up like other retailers? Is that to simple? Not Hightech enough? No this way you can't look cool or can't show off your big touchscreen monitor which is useless by the way!
