  • On numerous occasions I have gone here as well as my wife and we have brought our 4 children . Now I will say it's shame on us for continuously going back despite the lack of adequate care . I will give an example I brought my 2 year old daughter in she was running a fever of 102 tugging at her ears coughing and saying ouch every time she swallowed . We bring her in wait an hour and when the doctor shows up he briefly looks in her ears and says what they've said basically every time "it's viral" then says "not much to do but let it run its course". Wife says well what about maybe giving her an antibiotic ? " no not needed just give her an antihistamine that will help " wife says she has a fever he says yup the worst is over let it run its course . Two days later my daughter is lethargic running a fever of 103 despite Tylenol and ibuprofen combo so we take her to the ER up the street from this place . Where we were basically scolded by the doctor who said this child has severe strep throat and a double ear infection . Why did you let this go for so long ? Yea well we didn't we just followed the orders from the morons up the street nurse says please don't go there anymore just come here our wait times are about the same and we will properly care for you . After a long night and a shot of antibiotics my daughters fever broke and 48 hrs later she was running around they gave us drops for her ears and antibiotics for the strep . Avoid this place like the plague it's a waste of time and money just go to the ER or drive into queen creek to the other urgent care this one will but a bandaid on your broken leg and tell you'll be fine in 2 days . It's a crock and I'm upset because I've allowed them to misdiagnose myself and my kids about as many times as I can count on both hands I feel that's a lot of chances wouldn't you agree
