  • I used to come to Root at least once a week to work and enjoy the breakfast. The food is still really good but every time I come now, even if the place is empty, I'm waiting an eternity for them to make a latte or food. No one ever seems to change their slow preparation even when it's busy. I tried to give them multiple chances but it's getting worse.
