This location has awful customer service and the technicians are poorly trained. I went for a wax a few days ago and then noticed after my visit that much of the hair was still present. I returned to the location to fix the service and was told that they have to write a letter to the corporate office first and they would get back to me within a few days.
This policy makes no sense at all, particularly since they except walk in clients and do services on the spot. If a customer is dissatisfied, why can't European Wax Center fix the problem as quickly as they take your money? I'm very dissatisfied and I urge others who want professional wax services to avoid go elsewhere.
