I was in the store when there was some sort of controversy going on with the owner being featured in a National Geographic undercover documentary (he was being filmed without his knowledge).
I had to wait over an hour while he was on the phone with an attorney of some sort.
The gun I got was exactly as promised in the ad, significantly lower priced than other stores, and the owner was pleasant to deal with.
I would have liked to been in\out quicker, but stuff happens.
About 6 months later, I received a telemarketing call advertising some sort of "protective service" (that I'm guessing is Legal Shield) conference call. I can't say I really find it ethical to call customers unsolicited and pitch them on a product that is widely regarded as a scam.
