  • I purchased this deal from Groupon, if you did the same don't waste your time having them come to your house. Ask for your money back from Groupon. I had scheduled an appointment for my carpets to be cleaned, the owner and his teenage son came to the house. (one hour late) The owner comes into my home, sits down on my furniture in his dirty clothes, scopes the place out, he then walks outside on my patio and gives it the once over.... He then proceeds to tell me it is going to be more money if I want him to pre-treat any pet stains or set in stains. I knew at this moment this wasn't going to be a good experience. The owner then has his son start the service. He is obviously not trained and has know idea what he is doing. Long story short, it took them 10 short minutes to spray the floors and quickly attempt to suction it up for three rooms! The carpets were left sopping wet!! When they did finally dry they were crusty hard. It has been a month and the carpets look horrible. I will have to pay a REAL carpet cleaning company to clean my carpets like professionals. I asked for a receipt and he could not provide me with one. Wow scam artists
