  • The night of our wedding, our overnight bag was placed in another couples room and when we called down to the front desk to have them look for it, they never bothered to call back to let us know what happened. On my wedding night, I had to sit up waiting and making phone calls to the front desk at 2 am. Plus, my mother tipped the girl to drop it off in our room...waste of money. The next day we got our bag, went to check out and accidentally walked away leaving our wedding cake and my bouquet at the front desk. 3 people sitting at that desk and not one of them reached out to tell us, so we ended up driving all the way back downtown to retrieve it after we got home. No phone call, no chasing after us or checking if we were still there waiting for valet, which took 30 minutes. We were not treated well at this place and I'm sorry we chose to involve them in our wedding plans.
