  • After having our house listed for a year with a different realtor and no offers, we took it off the market for a little while. When we relisted with David he had an offer within the first month! David comes to the house with each showing and makes sure everything is ready(turned on all the lights, opens all the doors,etc) and ensures a great showing. He doesn't just sell the house, he sells the area. He's very knowledgeable and personable and I would give him the highest recommendation. Thank you David!
