  • So I arrived for my appointment and they didn't get me back until over an hour after my appointment was scheduled. This appointment was back in June. So........I didn't get a bill in the mail and assumed that my insurance covered the cost. Today (10/23) I received a bill with a threat to send it to collections if not paid by 10/29. Who does that! I asked them to send me a bill because they didn't have me pay anything when I left. It's insulting and rude to set up an appointment and be that late getting to see the doctor. Then to add insult to injury they threaten to send you to collections. I will be paying my bill and not using their services ever again. And when I went to pay it online...It did not confirm payment and sent me to another page that said there was an error. My accounts I paid with have a payment pending. It's a good thing I didn't over pay them. Absolutely a terrible way to pay your bill. I guess I will be forced to call them in the morning to confirm. Frustrated beyond belief!
