  • very rude customer service. I placed my order online and was told order get canceled. but my giftcard still getting charged. their associate told me oh this is not possible it will be refunded for sure but the refund never come back. They also refuse to help. This happened at least 3 times... When i was in Atlanta area, usually the case is store mail you back a giftcard for the refund. I guess things are different here in arizona. Good thing is homedepot is just one block away :)
