| - Here to post an honest review since it seems the people who have been slighted yell the loudest, and the people who are satisfied don't feel as compelled to leave feedback.
I've bought a total of 3 suits from Indochino and their prices have gone up year over year. The first two I bought were made off online measurements and I went in to be measured for my third one, since they opened up a Showroom in Toronto. I had my measurements slightly tweaked and the suit fit just a well as the rest, but felt more airy and spacious.
I see a lot of complaints about fit and I don't know if they are being overly picky or just got the wrong measurements. My tips would be either to go in person to get measured if possible, or get someone else to measure for you if you're doing it online - it is really hard to get accurate measurements by doing it yourself.
To this day, despite the ever increasing prices, I still believe Indochino is one of the better deals; especially when considering the custom fit, customization options, and selection. The key is to be patient and wait for the 40% off deals that come a few times a year.
Aside from the increasing price they still have a few cons: they always seem to be out of the fabric you want but never update their website in time (though they obviously let you pick a close substitute), and some of their cheaper fabrics pale in comparison to their premium ones. It is highly recommended that you go in person to see and feel what you're buying or spend a ridiculous $30 on a tailor's kit to get like 15 fabric samples (worth it to some that may not live close to the city, but I still find it expensive).
Customer service from the phone to the actual store employees have been a pleasant experience, and solved any problems I had quickly and successfully.
