  • Super easy is what I say! Had to have some annual lab work completed for my doctor appointment. I have learned from past experience to make an appointment at this lab before going. My appointment was at 5:15pm but I arrived at 5:00. I walked in and they were a little busy, very clean facility with lots of chairs. Atmosphere was bright and airy. I made my way up front and they had IPads to check in with. Once I completed this function, I took a seat. I was promptly called back by Joni. She was very professional and efficient and did point out to me that I had needed to fast for two of the tests which I had not done so I asked her to just do the tests she could do and I would come back another day. She was quick at obtaining the blood samples and very good at locating a strong vein. Her area was very tidy and all of her needed supplies for the blood draw were readily available. Although my appointment time was at 5:15, I was out the door by 5:20! Great service, organized office, friendly staff! I will be back again!
