Poor customer service, they gave me the wrong food and told me it was too late to cook another meal. The manger have me cash to eat somewhere else. Can yelp please assist this business on how to treat customers when the order is incorrect. I've never seen a business so unprofessional, when I gave the food back to the manger she couldn't tell me what it was either. Shame on you. I can't believe you have to nerve to defend your actions. When I called about the wrong order at 930, why didn't you cook another meal? Did you call to confirm I was coming back? Did you offer for myself to come another day for making good on bad service? You gave me 20 dollars so should I now go to McDonald's? Shame on you, your response proves your customer service is completely awful and unprofessional. I had to call the store when I waited for service because after 12 minutes no one came to service me. How dare you defend these actions? Your waiters watched as I waited for someone to say can I help you? So after waiting so long I called and angel came out to apologize for no one helping. Please don't lie because your making this review much worse. Another review will provide proof that this timeline is false. When you lie, you will defend your lie til the end and that's unprofessional for any business
