  • If there was an option for 1/2 a star that's what I would give it! I had asked for a gel manicure, my nails were not soaked, trimmed, or filed. 3 days later, every single nail was either chipped or peeling off. Therefore I called the salon, spoke with the manager who was extremely rude and said she couldn't do anything unless I physically came in and had until Sunday to come in to get them fixed. Sunday I go in and the manager was accusing me of peeling and picking at my nails and I told her I had pictures and videos of my nails 3 days after I got them done. The manager told the nail technician not to redo the nails that still had gel on which were either peeling or chipped. Therefore the nail technician simply filed over the few nails that had polish on still and painted over the old gel. Didn't even take the old gel off. I left disappointed as this had never happened to me before and I couldn't believe the terrible customer service!! Well 2 days after I had gotten them redone, what do ya know.... they all started peeling and chipping again. I will never recommend this salon to anyone!
