  • Showed up on time, but I was very specific about how I wanted my Bichon mix not cut too short. I like her fluffy, as Bichon's are supposed to be. When my dog was returned to me she was scalped. Her hair was cut almost to the skin! He blamed his "new assistant" and still charged me the full price, which is expensive. I was so mad and just wanted him to leave, so I didn't argue. Will never use them again.
