The station is pretty nice, but I would have preferred a louder PA system -- the TV is louder than the announcements, and I had to ask around to figure out which buses were boarding when. The employees I met were all very nice and approachable. The entrance to the Greyhound station was a little sketchy, but once I got inside, I felt quite safe.
I took the Express from Pittsburgh to Baltimore. The bus had comfortable black leather seats, outlets at every seat, slow but existent wi-fi the whole way. We stopped for 30 minutes at the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Sbarro's and other fine dining options), and arrived in Baltimore right on time.
