  • This auto shop is now under the name Alternitive Auto Repair and claims Hefy auto no longer exist and bankrupt. When the previous owner was alive this shop was trustworthy. The new female owner and staff took over $600 of my money, did shotty repairs and claims the work wasn't under warranty, overcharged me by $300 previously and offered a $200 credit they refused to to honor. I no longer hold any anger. If what they did was planned intentual karma will come to them. My mother brought her car to Hefty for work and was overcharged. A pipe line in the engine some way was "cut" and her engine blew while she was encounter to California shorty after repairs at Hefty auto. The mechanics who replaced her engine said the cut was look like it was purposely done. We don't know how that happened but my mother is a 70 year old woman with no enemies. Good luck everyone.
