I took my RZR in for service. Actually, I took it in for the recall that Polaris had on the RZR. I called and made my appointment with a service adviser, James. He took my appointment and called me when the parts were available. I got the phone call and dropped it off. A 4 hr job took over a week. I had called several times and several times i did not get a response. I finally called and had him paged. He gave me an excuse that he was off on Saturday and will find out what is going on with my RZR. I never received a call back. Again with the phone calls and no response. Finally, one afternoon, he called and said that it was ready to be picked up. Not pleased at all, I went to pick it up. He had stated that he could not do a part of the recall because my ECU was locked. I said not to worry that I am fine. At our first trip out with the RZR, it did not work and it was having major issues. I had called the dealership and said that I need to talk with James, its an emergency. Someone else picked up the phone and said that he was busy. I said that he needs to call me ASAP. I am having issues with the RZR. I never got that phone call. We finally had to go to management. We explained the problem to him and then he turned to James and told hi of the issues. I asked to speak to him, again he was too busy to talk with us. Today, I took the RZR to a different dealership and they fixed all the issues that James and his mechanics created. So basically he lied about the ECU being locked and also found out that he did not complete the recall service as stated. The new dealership that I went to see, will always have my business and the business of all that ride with me. Customer serviced is way below standard at this location. I will never recommend this dealership for anything.
