  • Lifetime has changed my life for the better and only continues to do so! I joined in 2014 and workout at least once (if not twice) a day. The friendly environment cannot be matched by any other gym (I have tried Cross fit while training here). Since joining I have utilized the personal trainers, weight equipment, aquatic programs, bathing facilities, and cafe products. All of which have exceeded my standards and expectations every time. From having to purchase headphones last minute to getting ready for work in the locker rooms, everything you need is here. Lifetime offers everything you need and is so organized they put it all at your finger tips. To this day I have lifelong friendships that began at lifetime. Whether from workout partners to group fitness opportunities there is someone that shares the same goals as you. So give it a try! Special shout out to Brian in members services, Karen at the check-in desk, Vicki in the activity center, Kevin K in aquatics, and the cafe staff for making my day-to-day experience here more than stellar. You all rock!
