  • I like the car I purchased but besides the finance manager, Max, who was very professional, the experience of buying a car was nothing short of a disappointing and frustrating experience. The sales manager lied to me when I asked if I would be receiving a rebate from my trade in and he said he has nothing to do with that. After the fact, I find out in Finance that he had included that as part of my down payment. SHADY!! Thankfully, the finance manager made this right before close. Then I go down 3 days later to pick up my vehicle, with an appointment, and they hadn't even started the detail and clean up of it. Really?! This dealership is unorganized and unprofessional.
