  • Picked up 2 pizzas absolutely no cheese pure sauce.. Called in to see if I could have them replaced no offer and manager was argumentative and hung up on me I was calling back to get the corp # he kept hanging up on me. We ate what we could we don't like wasting money... CALLED JOHN THE DISTRICT MANAGER- he corrected the problem and even offered 20dllr gift card he went out of his way to treat me with respect. UPDATE 5/4/16 pleased with the outcome the district manager cleared this problem up with the disrespect I got from last visit. My family and I really appreciate going above and beyond for us. Used my credit of 20 dollars and the pizzas were perfect. I have changed to 5 star from 1 star for the overly kind customer service from John.
