  • I attended this store with my 12 year old daughter for us both to get fittings. They insisted that my 12 year old who has never worn a bra wait on her own while I was fitted first AND she would be fitted by a different person and I would not be nearby. They insisted that they had no flexibility and that no way could I be there for my daughter. It took me a long time to convince my shy daughter to even go. Also when we arrived they told us there was a 1 HOUR long wait. They took both our names and put them together and told us to get a coffee. We don't drink coffee but went shopping. 20 minutes later we get a phone call to come back. We go back and start waiting in the store. They only call me and Andrea the girl helping me was very resistant right off the bat when I said that I was here with my daughter. The staff person was awkward, rushed, apparently uncomfortable and couldn't even say her name without trying twice because of her rush. She is not calm and does not evoke calmness in any one. The prices are very expensive but I wanted bras for myself and my daughter that fit well. For the amount of money I was about to spend I expected professional service. It is a reasonable expectation and then to refuse to let me be with my daughter was ridiculous. Lousy service. High prices. Long waits.
