  • Waited 20mins before WE asked how long the wait was, because not ONE barber acknowledged us. Then told us to "wait a min" 10min later said oh we go by appointments here. You need to call and make one. Waste... At least acknowledge everyone that comes into your place of business.... & I find it weird to make appointments when 2 employees were jus sitting there talking to the other barbers.
