  • DO NOT GO TO JOE! I've been to him twice. After already deciding to never go to him again because of a horrible cheetah print design he did. (I mean who could screw that up?) I get stuck with scheduling with him because he was the only one avail on this day and they are closed Sunday for Easter. I only got my usual a reg fill and gel top coat which I only pay $40 every time. He charged me $15 for fills $5 for length $5 because my nails were "pointy" (which they were already pointy when I got there) $5 because of the "chunkiness" of the glitter gel I got on a few nails. And $25 for the gel. He didn't even tell me the price of anything I had to find out at the register the ticket he wrote said $65 . I told the front desk girl I've never been charged for the shape of my nails, the chunkiness or the length. And even then it should have been $55. She couldn't explain the unknown $10 he charged. And she didn't give a shit either She gave me $5 off because I was unaware of the chunkiness.. but everything else I just had to deal with. I'm never going there again. I didn't want to cause a scene so I politely called from my car to speak with the owner asking for my $10 back his response was he has to talk to Joe first and see what he says. (As if Joe is going to fess up to over charging me). So l'm never going back to them again I feel that they are stuck up humans who lack customer service and they only care about money.
