It's not just this branch and the service you get there, it's the delivery workers and staff in general. Due to packages (marked online as delivered) not being at people's doors, I've video recorded a delivery worker stealing packages in order to prove to the customer service rep and managers that this was happening (he just returned the packages AND kept his job!). They deliver IF they feel like it... my neighborhood has gone a few days in a row without delivery due to lack of drivers... the girl behind the counter said it's because "a lot of workers just call off for a few days after a federal holiday". I no longer order online if the vendor ships USPS only. I don't mail packages USPS either and I pay my bills through my bank. No wonder USPS is failing and going out of business. If you're moving into their service area, good luck.
