  • I've been to this place about 5 times but never again after this last experience. An older man did my nails this last time. I told him I wanted oval nails. He cut the nails with nail clippers to make the shape before the acrylic which is fine because I've had this done before. HOWEVER, when I looked at the "shape" he did they looked crazy. I didn't think anything of it because I though he would fix them after he put the acrylic...WRONG! The nails had no consistent shape whatsoever. I usually just walk out of there without saying anything and fix them myself at home but not this time. I went to sit down with Cynthia so she could do my color and as soon as she saw my nails she started laughing and said something to the older man that did my nails. I thought, ok good, I'm not tripping at least she'll go ahead and fix them...WRONG AGAIN! She proceeded to ask me what color I wanted. I asked her if she could fix the shape and then she laughed again and fixed them. I can't believe they were going to let me walk out of there like that with them knowing they looked crazy. Never going back. EVER.
