  • We were fairly new to the valley and had heard horror stories about rental management companies. Fortunately for us, the home we wanted to rent was managed by IRES! We have had very little issues with them over the last two years. With the exception of two times, they have been very attentive and quick to respond to our calls. They are very good at preventative maintenance, which is something you normally don't get with a owner managed property. Keep up the good work, IRES!
