  • Talk about an unethical business! They post properties for rent; take applications and do not aadvise the other interested parties that they have an application and that the property is off the market. In a very frantic rental market caused by over-zealous builders and real estate professionals, they are a danger to tenants in Las Vegas. They caused me to lose four days and several hours of looking for another "available" property when my landlord decided to sell the home I am renting and gave me 30 days to move! This agency does not care, nor do they even speak understandable English (Chinese and Spanish). If property owners want good tenants, and tenants want a reasonable agency to deal with, avoid Nevada Real Estate Property Management.
