  • First floor once again has irritating neighbors. Now there is a weird old man that is always outside hanging near stairs smoking a whole pack of cigarettes! He is so weird!! He just stares!!!! Sometimes I wait in car for him to leave! Freaks me out ugh! Plus the smell of nasty cigs everytime I have to walk up stairs. Another con is there has been a car that they have threatened to tow for over three months!!! It's taking up space and there's hardly ever any parking! Tow that car!! It has three stickers on it bc there is no license plate/registration and they still just keep adding stickers. Lastly, the rent has gone up and we are over it! This will be our last lease with Cabrillo.
