  • Had him come out to review and give me an estimate on reseeding. He wanted to change out my irrigation system and heads and seemed very knowledgeable. I had to ask twice for the estimate to be emailed, and I scheduled him to come do just the reseeding, but not change the system. He came, scalped my little area, and reseeded and we had agreed he would move and change out one head on the system for an additional $50. When he was done he came to the front door and I paid him. He was to come back in 2 weeks to change the watering and see if he needed to add additional seed. Well, he Did Not move the sprinkler head. And he never showed up in 2 weeks to reseed areas and change the watering schedule. No surprise. Don't use this guy.
