| - Hands down, the best room escape facility I've been to in the past 2-3 years that I've been going to room escapes. They really get you into the themes by showing you a video about the backstory of the room before you go in, and all the staff members seem very enthusiastic and friendly.
Noriko: Amazing. Really creepy (and I don't get scared easily), and one of the largest/most creative layouts I've been in. You're basically in a two story Japanese house, and there are creepy sounds and music playing while you work on the puzzles. The props were great, and it was all super creative. We had a problem with a puzzle in the middle because it seemed like the answer was impossible to find, but we kept asking for hints until we got it lol.
Crossroads: Also had a great atmosphere, really cool props, also had a nice creepy vibe to it (including what was almost a jump scare near the end).
I've also done Le Voleur du Diamant, one of their retired rooms, which seems to be somewhat related to their current Syndicate: Relic Heist room. That one also had a cool layout and some technology in it that was really fun. However, that room was really difficult, and I hear that Syndicate is similar in difficulty. Don't attempt it until you've had a lot of experience, which was my mistake the first time haha.
Overall, this is light years ahead of 98% of the other room escapes in Toronto. The props and room design are top quality and you really get the impression that they care about all of their customers having an amazing experience. They also give you free admission on your birthday so go take advantage of that!!
