  • I would give this company no stars if I could. My husband has an account with this company. We've been trying to close it however they haven't posted our payment which was sent over a month ago. We have confirmation from our bank that it was done however capital one claims it takes a month to post. Funny how all my other payments took mere days. Last year we paid off the balance however the account was frozen. Apparently there was interest of 17 cents between the time we paid and the time they posted the payment. They froze all of his $5000 credit for 17 cents and he now has a negative report on his credit score. Most recently we called to speak to customer care about the payment of $2500 that was made a month ago. What a waste of time. The rep was either chewing gum or eating. My husband had to listen to her chomp in his ear the entire conversation. This company's service is subpar. Never in my life have I dealt with a company like this. No capital one isn't in my wallet. It has been shredded.
