  • After watching the progress of The Fresh Market it is finally open! So, with much excitement I had to get stop by Opening Day, and was glad to see the store was amazing! I spent a few minutes talking with the Assistant Manager, Carl, who was so nice and answered all my questions, as I was added the new location to Yelp and needed details, address, hours, etc. After updating Yelp, I hit the store. Being Opening Day there were several venders around serving samples as well as employees everywhere to assist with any questions. The store is small, so yes, the aisles are a little tight. However, with that said, I found everything I needed and more. From the fresh vegetables, meat and fish markets, to the prepared meals, all of which looked amazing. They also have a small sushi counter and meals/salads/sandwiches to grab and go. In addition to the allotment of food, they have a great selection of beer and wine, candy, flowers, gifts and so much more. The Fresh Market is definitely an added bonus to the Dilworth area and, since opening, I have a few more times, and have enjoyed everything I have bought!
