  • I'm sooooo dissapointed !! I literally wanted to cry! I have had bad experiences when people end up cutting my hair shorter than what I wanted but this lady cut it not only extremely short but it's all choppy !!! I took it straightened because my hair is curly so I didn't want them to cut it to short.. What does she do? Wet it !!! I specifically told her, as long as my front ends are longer than the back like a bob I don't care and what did she do? Cut the front ! The layers are choppy it's horrible ! I can't even tie it ! I wish I remembered her name but I remember a face when I see it.. They say you get what you pay for but no! Every hair stylist should know how to do a decent basic trim! She spent the whole 20min telling me that she always listens to the Customer and never does her own thing... So what happened with me !
