| - The person responsible for taking out the self service check out should be fired. I used to go to Lowes at least twice a week.sometimes one or two items, sometimes two carts full. wiz through the self serve and out I go. Now without fail, I wait in line. I'm not shy, stnding in line I make it clear to the sloooooooow clerk that I'm displeased at the wait. At least 90% of others waiting in line agree that they miss the self serve. If it weren't bad enough, the management (Chris) tells these very special individuals to lie to us and say "due to customer complaints" or "we listen to our loyal customers" Bull@#$% Iv'e confided in a couple of employees now and they"ve told me, they were taken out due to theft of merchandise. So add another employee at the door. DO NOT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!
Because I am in need of materials so ofted and Lowes is next door, I still go every once in a while. The selection and prices are very comparable to Home Depot. Home Depot still has self check out and tells me they have no intension of getting rid of it.
That's just the way it has been for a couple of years now. Until..........
Yesterday, checking online sites for an a/c unit, I tried to look at Lowes, and their site was down. No big deal. I called the Rural and Baseline store, Has anybody seen the Keystone Cops? OMG. FIVE transfers later, a man picks up and says (hello). thats it. No my name is or this is the blank dept.
I'm done. Home Depot is only two miles away at Priest and Baseline. I've had enough of Lowes. I tried, I just cant handle the daycare store any more.
