I ordered a gift basket of fruit and snacks for a family member. I placed the order online. I appreciated that orders are prepared with one day of notice. The website gives a few options for basket sizes, but it does not show pictures or dimensions of how big these more expensive baskets are, so I was leery of purchasing a more expensive option. When I placed my order online, the website had a drop-down menu of times when I could pick up the basket. (They also offer delivery, but I wanted pickup.) The pickup times ranged from 8 AM until 6 PM. I selected a time of 2:30 PM. I showed up at the business at 2:40 PM. An employee there told me that they were closed. I told him that I had a pickup, so he let me in the building. He lectured me for a few minutes about how I should show up on time. He said that the business closed at 2:30 PM (I did not know their actual closing time, considering the later times that were available on the drop-down menu; I had just happened to select 2:30 PM as my pickup time) and that they forgot about my order. He went upstairs and found my basket. The fruit basket appeared to have many tasty goodies in it. The basket was very overpriced, though, as the contents were not worth anywhere near what I paid. In the future I might just make my own food baskets. Other than the incorrect pickup times that are listed on their website, a few other things were confusing. I think that they need to make a few edits to their website. And I do not appreciate being lectured. If you decide to place an online order with this company, make sure that you visit another page on their website to see what times are actually available for pickup.
