These gentlemen truly changed my life. I went through hell trying to buy a car. Tempe Kia soled me a car and then called me a week later and made me bring it back because they could not get my loan approved. I had given up completely until Chris Nasralla called and promised to help me. I was so discouraged that I ignored his first 5 calls. Finally I answered the phone and told him not to bother because no one else could help so neither can he. He asked me to give him my info and let him try. He didnt even make me go down to the dealership. It took 2 days and some help from his supervisor Ian Stone but Chris called me at 6pm on a Thursday and told me that he got me approved for the same exact car I had to take back only my payments were lower and that was with and extended warranty and GAP insurance.I still didnt believe him. I made every person I talked to promise me that they were not going to call me in a week and tell me to bring the car back. The Finance guy was AWESOME too. But truthfully, the best part ot the whole experience was the fact that I was treated like a human being. They didnt put me in a SPECIAL room with a tiny TV that is clearly for poor people who have bad credit, They didnt judge me and I got a better deal on the exact same car I originally wanted. I will NEVER go anywhere else to buy a car and I will send anyone I can to see them. This was a humbling learning experience and I truly appreciate Chris, Ian and the finance guy (Im terrible with names but I know he loves orange crush).THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE TEAM!!! I love all of you forever, almost as much as I love my new car.
