I am not much of a fan of PCP doctors due to a previous PCP I had because of my HMO plan. However, I was first introduced to Dr Corpus because a friend of mine had bump on his back by his spine. He insisted I go with him (Big Baby:) .. I was a bit concerned because it had did bigger..( I was about to give it a name)..We both assumed he might have to have scanning or labs done.
First, I drove into the office location; very simple and small. Her office is small but very alive with her personality; sweet, sophisticated, and with color. There was no wait. A patient was leaving his office visit who I could tell was very ill :( and at the time I didnt know, but she was walking helping him out to his car. My friend was seen soon after.. Turns out it was a simple cyst (eww) which she took care of right there. Which sent a sigh of relief to my friend because he thought he would be referred out..meaning more $$$. Furthermore, she prescribed cream and instructed use on what to do. She said that a follow up was not needed unless there was complications but we could call first :). Which again apppreciated because it saves time and money. That first impression of simplicity, personable, safe, and open communication has followed every visit after. I made her my PCP. Each visit has been very pleasant and sincere.
I also love the way she dress.. :)
