  • I bought my Mac at this store. Lately it has been malfunctioning so I called the store to make an appointment to get it checked out. Turns out I didn't need to bring it in. On the phone, Brandi talked me through resetting it and also informed me that I should not plug my video USB cord into the keyboard port. I should plug it into one of the ports on the back of the screen because that has significantly more power. Everything got re-adjusted correctly. This saved me a lot of time and stress. Perfect.
